Note: description under construction
The Eritrean Studies Forum aims to be a community organization which increases public awareness and understanding on Eritrea, and provides an informed perspective on issues pertaining to the history and political affairs of Eritrea and Eastern Africa. In addition, the platform also serves as an open-source directory for archives and resources--this site condenses relevant multimedia content for user ease-of-access.
What makes the Eritrean Studies Forum unique (relative to other Eritrean-based media sources and publications) is that content is provided entirely in English. With enough technical support, this platform will incorporate an accurate and functional translation service for people who would like to learn more about Eritrea.
Founder
George Kidane is an Eritrean-American undergraduate student. He founded and published original content starting from 2021 under the jointly-owned outlet Zena Natsnet, before starting this project independently in 2022.
